Review: Transformers Combiner Wars G2 Quickslinger Review

Here we have Quickslinger also named Slingshot from the G2 Superion Combiner Wars Set. He is the same as the previous release except now in G2 colors.

He is mostly molded in gold, and has a silver and black torso and blue hands and feet. This is a directly repaint of FireFly so it has exactly the same features as firefly. Having 2 of the same figures as arms gives superion a symetric look.
From the side you can see the big backpack and how large the feet are, which give it a lot of stability for a deluxe figure.
The entire cockpit and nose is seen from the back.

Articulation
The head can turn all the way around, and can look up a lot and down a little bit.
The arms can spin all the way around and it has a double jointed shoulder which gives it a lot more range of movement and comes out at 90. The elbows bend 90 degrees forward and 90 degrees backwards and has a bicep swivel but no wrist swivel.
It has a waist swivel, and the legs go 90 degrees forward, and backwards. Knee bends 90 degrees and it has a thiegh swivel and has no articulation on the feet. it is molded into the leg.

Size Comparison
Here he is next to voyager Silverbolt, deluxe bumblebee and leader megatron. He is about 13cm tall to the top of his head.

Here he is in his jet mode. He is a modified Harrier Jump Jet and it looks great. This has a wingspan of 10cm so this makes it an approximate 1:92 scale model. This is his G2 paint job so he has the G2 symbol, tiger stripes and the number 4 on his wing and tailfin. There are lots of panel lines on this jet, and theh gold color brings them out.

On the bottom, you see a lot bulky robot parts just like almost every airplane transformer in existance. It does have front landing gear, but no rear landing gear.
You can put guns on the 5mm holes on the bottom of the wings, but that just makes it look really strange.
